On March 30th, 2017, the majestic show of Rajasthan Diwas 2017 came to tranquil but with an extravaganza of music, dance and colourful laser show before it. With this spectacular laser show, the Vidhan Sabha Jaipur came to life manifesting the whole Rajasthan in it. The dramatic show case presented the astonishing movements creating an impression as if the whole state is wandering in that monument.
Not leaving anything untouched, the show had everything comprised in it like the parched faces of people clad in Rajasthani attires, glimpses of aspiring students of Rajasthan, the world-famous artisans, the mesmerizing heritage monuments, turban people, the exclusive camel rides and what not.
Above all, it had glimpses of unseen and unexplored corners of this desert state.
In minutes they, covered the past, present and upbeat future of Rajasthan.
The show managed to lock the gazes for long minutes and touched the uncurling hearts of the state and non-state attendees.
In the presence of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, the event was at the colossal level and had many captivating dance and music performances.
With Ila Arun’s mellifluous voice, we had Rajasthan tourism song to frisk, “Maati Baandhe Painjanee, Bangdi Pehne Baadli, Dedo Dedo Baavdo, Ghod-Mathod Baavdi…”
This was 3 day Rajasthan Day celebration event with innumerable events in line. State level shows of Rajasthan Police Tattoo show had so much to show off with its sheer discipline and regimen.
Above all, we got to see the dance performance of Rajasthan women police. The border security Force Jawans also showed the distinctive tattoo show with unimaginable moves by the state animal of Rajasthan.
The Following day had Air force Show with extravaganza of aerial effects.
Evenings of Rajasthan Day were full of moonshine performances like Kathak Show, Qawwali and Kavi Sammelan.
The grandeur of the desert state does not deserve any less than this. How could this not be so sumptuous when Rajasthan has such awe-inspiring backdrop of glory?
