This will be one-day official visit of PM.  As per the sources, PM may attend a conference on urban development and smart city projects. There are also presumptions that prime minister is also likely to address a rally. Well.. if rally happens then that it would be seen as launch of the BJP’s campaign for the upcoming assembly elections in Rajasthan.

Preparations by Rajasthan for PM’s Jaipur visit

After getting the letter stating about probable visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Jaipur on July 7, the preparations have been started in Rajasthan. To discuss the preparations, CM Vasundhara Raje called a meeting of ministers and BJP officials.

The district administration began preparations. 7000 beneficiaries of various government schemes would come to Jaipur from Churu for PM’s visit said State Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra. This will be PM Modi’s second visit to Rajasthan within very less period of time. Last time, he had come to Rajasthan on March 8 i.e. International Women’s Day. He had inaugurated the national expansion of “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” scheme in Jhunjhunu.

There is no doubt that the political parties are busy in preparations for their winning as Assembly elections then Lok Sabha elections are due in 2018 and 2019 respectively. And BJP is very strongly making efforts to win in Rajasthan as well as in Centre. PM visit to Rajasthan will definitely boost the morale of the party workers.
