During Udaipur Workshop, CM Raje Appreciated Exemplary Work Done Under Swachh Bharat Mission


On December 22, CM Vasundhara Raje addressed the Udaipur crowd and on the occasion of inauguration of state level workshop on Swachh Bharat Mission honoured the urban bodies, district administration, self-serving organisations for their exemplary works.

CM Raje also honoured the Dungarpur District Collector, Mr. Surendra Kumar Solanki ,Town Council Chairman, Mr. K.K. Gupta and Commissioner, Mr. Dilip Gupta for making the town open defecation free. Similarly, for making Dewli an open defecation free place, subdivision officer Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Nagarpalika chairman Mrs. Rekha Jain and executive officer Mr. Janardan Sharma received the honour from CM Raje.

From team Nagaur, CM Raje also honoured, subdivision officer, Mr. Murari Lal, nagarpalika chairman of Ladnu, Mrs. Sangeeta Pareek and executive officer Mr. Bhagwan Singh for cleanliness arrangement, poly bags abolishment and heritage conservation. Also, district collector Mr. Manoj kumar Sharma, Nagarpalika Karoli chairman, Mr. Rajaram Gurjar and caretaker commissioner Mr. Khemraj Meena got honoured.

For excellent work under Swachh Bharat Mission, people like Mr. Pawan Arora, project director, Mr. S.R. Meena and senior city planner Mr. R.K. Vijayvargiya, helping engineer, Mr. O.P. Kala,  CMR Samnyak Dr. Himani Tiwari and for L.E.D. lights, Mr. M.K. Bairwa received the honour from CM Raje.

In the workshop, for doing exemplary work of cleanliness and improvements in slum area, director of Jagrati Swyamseva, MR. J.K. Jaju received the honour. In the field of group discussions and toilets constructions, centre for advocacies and research director Ms. Poonam Kulshreshth also received the honour. For people group discussions in Swachh Bharat Mission, CUTS international Jaipur’s Gerage Cherian and Amandeep Singh also received the honour. Apart from this, Jagrati Foundation’s Mr. Anil Tripati was also honoured by CM Raje.

The event ended successfully and CM Raje assured the city dwellers to make the place a smart city in coming. Udaipur will be considered one of the smart city from chosen four cities of Rajasthan.
