Udaipur bags National level award for Tourists’ Favourite destination

    Rajasthan has always been one of the favourite places if it is talked in terms of tourism. The state has so much to offer you that you love to visit it again and again. Although it is very famous for its forts, palaces, monuments and of course, the desert but it has other amazing things to enjoy too. Like, Rajasthan has hilly Aravalli ranges, wildliife sanctuaries, delicious food, unforgettable hospitality, beautiful lakes and traditional dances etc.  Recently, Udaipur which is also known as the “City of Lakes,” the “Venice of the East,” or the “Kashmir of Rajasthan’ has won the prestigious awards Tourists’ Favourite destination.

    Rajastan state should be proud that Udaipur has been voted as the favourite tourist destination on the basis of tourists’ choice. In New Delhi, Condé Nast Traveller-Readers Travel Award was organized on 28 November, 2017.  In this program, Udaipur was awarded as runner-up on National level. This award was attended by many personalities from travel trade.

    There are other awards won by Udaipur in this event. The Chatrapal from Rajasthan Tourism Information Centre in Udaipur won the award for “Favourite Leisure Destination in India”.
