Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is also an ardent cricket lover who is always super excited every time Indian team outperforms any other team on the pitch. The actor expressed delight on the recently wrapped up South Africa tour where India swept the Series by 5-1.
Big B took to his official Twitter handle to laud the Indian team for the phenomenal victory. Here’s what he tweeted:

Interestingly, India not only won the series by a big margin but also created History by registering its first win against the Protease team in 26 years. The Man of the Series and Man of the Match Virat Kohli put forth an excellent performance in most of the matches. He became the first Indian batsman to score three centuries in the bilateral series. Not just this, he has scored most runs against South Africa in a bilateral ODI series in South Arica.
Captain Kohli made many other records in the series. He became the fastest to reach 9500 ODI runs in 200 innings; he is now the first man to score 500 runs or more in a bilateral ODI series, and he also holds the record of scoring most runs as a captain in a bilateral series.

While receiving the Man of the Series title, Kohli said that the credit of his success also goes to the people outside the ground. Here he mentioned that his wife Anushka Sharma has kept him going throughout the tour. Meanwhile, Anushka also shared the screen grab of her television screen when Kohli made his century and then when India was declared the winner.
