Health is wealth is an old age dictum. It is undoubtedly important to take care of health. So, no matter how busy you are health should be priority. These days, various contagious fevers have made the lives of people very difficult. Dengue, chikungungya, typhoid, malaria and swine flu have badly hit the people across the nation. In the state of Rajasthan, people are suffering from these seasonal diseases. For the prevention of these diseases, Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare have decided to start a health campaign ‘Health Team at Your Door’ in Jaipur. Know more about the programme.

This campaign is started as these seasonal diseases have begun to hit OTS, Vidhan Sabha and SMS Medical College. As Jaipur city has badly come under the influence of these diseases so this situation should be handled.
This ‘Health Team at Your Door’ campaign was started on 26 February and will end on 28 February. This campaign is aimed at intensive screening and providing consultation to the people. For screening, 9 zonal officers are appointed. Under this campaign, 92 wards will be screened and consultation will also be given to the people. The screening team has health officers, nursing students and district administration.
