Ghosts, witches, evil spirits and wizards etc are considered to be bizarre things. These are beings that have no existence but the human being always remain suspicious about their presence. It appears very shocking when the educated clan believes and claims their existence. One of such incidents happened at Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan. The MLAs in Rajasthan Assembly claimed to see the shadow of evil spirits. This was claimed by Chief Whip Kalulal Gurjar and BJP legislator from Nagaur Habiburrahman Ashrafi. In fact, this news has terrified all the other MLAs. This fear is even bigger than fear of upcoming election.
What could be reasons for the presence of evil spirits in Rajasthan’s Vidhan Sabha?
The MLA said the Assembly is built on the land which was earlier crematorium and graveyard. He further added that some soul might not get salvation and still suffering. This spirit can also hurt others too. To get rid of these spirits, the purification of Assembly building must be done.
In fact, there were also claims that such incidents have occurred previously too. During the construction of Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, many workers were killed. Hearing of weird sounds in the night and abnormal activities were also claimed.
Are there ghosts in Assembly?
Well.. there are no ghosts in the assembly. There is a cremation ground attached to its wall but ghosts are only rumours. It is simply superstition to believe such kind of talks. Connecting the death of MLAs with the presence of ghost and evil spirits d o not make any sense.
Opinion of ministers on ghosts in Rajasthan Assembly
Many ministers have given their statements on this matter. Like, Rajendra Rathod rejected this idea of ghosts. Ghanshyam Tiwari said that the human body is made of Panchamahats so do not discuss ghosts.
No matter how much we have advanced technologically but still we are not able to break our basic value system that holds a place for supernatural things. These things never go out of our minds.
