Rajasthan govt. to launch a mega start-up incubation centre; will sponsor the dreams of 700 start-ups

The state of Rajasthan is in a bid to promote youth and ensure financial independency for each one of them. It is for this reason, among others that the CM Raje-led government has decided to launch the Bhamashah Techno Hub. Boasting of a capacity of 700 start-ups, this will be one of the largest incubation centers in the country. startup incubation centre

The hub is stretched over an area of one lakh square feet and is equipped with state of the art technology, robust infrastructure and sound counseling on funding. startup incubation centre

Akhil Arora, principal secretary of the state department of information technology and communication said, “Providing state-of-the-art facilities free of cost to start-ups will give a jump-start to entrepreneurs of Rajasthan and enable them to prove their mettle to be leaders not just in India, but across the world.” startup incubation centre

Additionally, with crystal-like clarity on boosting startup space in the state, the government has also announced a corpus of Rs 500-crore fund towards the strengthening of the startup ecosystem in Rajasthan.

As of now, the department has received over 350 applications and it is in the process of its preliminary selection of start-ups who will become a part of the hub.

Another start-up started by the Rajasthan government is iStart, which is the process of incubating about 70 start-ups in Jaipur, Udaipur, and Kota.
