As Rajasthan is agriculture-based economy so the problems related to agriculture and money occur very frequently. It is not possible for the villagers to reach out to the court every time. In fact, it takes more time for any case to settle in court. There is need of Lok Adalat so that these dispute can resolve at a fast pace.
Considering this factor, Rajasthan government has started ‘Nyay Aapke Dwar’ campaign. Three phases of this campaign has already finished. From May 1, the fourth phase of this campaign will be starting. It will end on 30th June. Let’s know more detail about it.
To make this campaign successful like other phases, Vasundhara Raje’s government has been doing preparations. The rights of officials are being extended. The government will take several steps to resolve the basic problems of the people.
Under the campaign, 9891 Gram Panchayats of the state are ready to organize Revenue Public Courts. The success of previous three campaigns motivated Vasundhara Government to make it more effective this time. It is being called the biggest campaign in the country for disposal of cases with mutual understanding.
Details about Nyay Aapke Dwar Campaign
This campaign is a great relief for people as they do not have to pay fees for lawyers. Lok Adalats will give their verdicts on land related issues, property matters, issues related to population land and the state land. The matters related to accounting and non-accounting will also be resolved.

Many people die every year due to these disputes and the peace in the villages banishes. Hence, this campaign came as a great relief to these people. The authorities like sub-divisional officer, assistant clerk and district collector’s team set up Lok Adalats in village and the cases will be settled on the spot.
What is ‘Nyay Aapke Dwar’ campaign?
‘Nyay Aapke Dwar’ campaign is an initiative to resolve financial matters of the villagers. It takes almost 4 years for any financial dispute to get resolved. In this time-taking process, both time and money get consumed. To make the procedure easier, CM Raje had announced Nyay Apke Dwar’ campaign in June 2015.
