    Nirbhaya Rape Case

The daughter of India which makes the country proud – Nirbhaya has become an epitome of relentless courage and discerning lion heart.

The Apex Court will give it’s final verdict on the 2012 gangrape case. The Court will today decide on the plea petitions of the four convicts who have challenged their death in the Nirbhaya case. Although the rapists should not be given another lease of life, the court may negotiate their plea by ordering a lifetime imprisonment.

    Nirbhaya Parents

Nirbhaya’s parents are certain that the court shall grant appropriate justice to the ruthless rapists who inserted an iron blade in her private parts including vagina and her intestine. The parents are optimistic that offenders will be awarded with death punishment.

Parents say that their daughter will be given justice. “We have full faith in the judicial system and I am sure that the Supreme Court will announce death sentence in its verdict for the guilty. I am sure the Supreme Court will give justice to my daughter. This will set an example for the world,” said Nirbhaya’s mother.

Let alone the Apex Court, Nirbhaya’s father believes that the supernatural powers will punish the convicts. “They will be awarded death sentence. Leave Supreme Court, even God will not forgive such people,” said Nirbhaya’s father.

The doers of this barbaric act are four men named Akshay, Pawan, Vinay Sharma and Mukesh – challenged the Delhi High Court order which had earlier issued them death imprisonment.

The Apex court will give it’s final verdict tentatively at 2 p.m today. The case is being heard by the apex court bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra and consisting of Justices R. Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan.

Justice Dipak Mishra who is known to be highly sensitive about women’s rights and freedom is more likely to ignore the plea and continue with the earlier verdict of death imprisonment. The respected Justice had recently concluded a case in women’s favour. He spelled out: “no woman can be compelled to love; she always has right to say no”.

While these four are still in the forefront, two others accused have different stories. While the provoker was a juvenile (a minor) who will serve his period for three more years at a reform home, another convict named Ram Singh committed suicide in the prison.

From every Indian female to each father, the Nirbhaya case had shaken up the belief of all Indians who are grounded to ethics and morals. Deplorable people in India comprehend women as a substance to toy with. Their thinking is shameful and despicable.

After the despicable gang rape incident on December 16, 2017, Nirbhaya died at a Singapore hospital on December 29, 2017.
