As the train had just left the station, the speed was not very fast and was travelling at a relatively slow pace. That’s when the two tourists decided to jump off. Opposed to what they perceived to be an easy leap, turned out to be fatal when Erik fell off the ground and his head was smashed.

Famine jumped first and survived with a few injuries. However, when Erik jumped the train had gained velocity and he lost his balance while jumping out of the train. Due to the severe head injury, there was already a very little chance of survival for the Dutch tourist. Although he was soon rushed to the hospital, the doctors declared him brought dead, as reported by the GRP official.Dutch Tourist
