Talking about another such scheme of Rajasthan government is Vasundhara Sakhi Mahila Vahan Yojna. This scheme has been launched for women by Tonk Parishad. It aims to facilitate the women of the area with better and safe transportation.
What is Vasundhara Sakhi Mahila Vahan Yojna?
Government of Rajasthan has started a conveyance scheme for women on 19 August, 2017. Chief Minister of Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje launched this service by waving off a flag. Basically, three e-rickshaws have been started under this scheme.

These e-rickshaws are being operated at those places where most of the population of Tonk travels. This facility is also available for pregnant ladies too.
What are the specialties of these Sakhi Mahila Vahan?
These e-rickshaws are equipped with LCD’s where all the schemes of Central and State government are being displayed. In fact, these vehicles have CCTV cameras and GPS services for safety of women travellers. It also shows contact numbers of Vasundhara Sakhi helpline, Police control Room and Women Helpline centres.
