It seems a debate has started in Bollywood over casting couch and taking favours on that behalf. Many names talked about trading sexual favours for career advancement. In fact, these people added that it still prevalent in the industry. Started by veteran choreographer of Bollywood Saroj Khan, this business is supported by many others.
She was seen favouring the act of casting couch. After Saroj Khan, Congress leader Renuka Chowdhary said that even the parliament was not immune from it. The one who recently favoured casting couch is actor politician Shatrughan Sinha. He said that sexual favours were demanded and given in both the entertainment and political world.

‘Casting Couch’ a Reality
We all know that Shatrughan Sinha is known for speaking his mind. He never tries to please anyone. In fact, he put himself in trouble due to his statements. He called “casting couch”-a reality.
He showed his consent with both Saroj and Renuka. He added that he is aware of compromises girls have to make to get into films. He later added that may be Sarojji has herself gone through her own pain and humiliation. For politics, he called it casting-vote couch. BJP Politician shared that many young aspiring brigade is known to offer sexual favours and of course the senior brigade is known to accept.
Who compels for casting couch?
Shatrughan Sinha said that he is not calling this sexual trading right but we should not shut our eyes to the reality around us. He asked not to condemn Sarojji for speaking the truth. Rather he asked to condemn those who create this kind of situation. In fact, he called such an arrangement a personal choice. He said that no one can compel other for casting couch.
