    No doubt the film fraternity is mourning on its recent loss. The veteran actor Shashi Kapoor passed away on 4 December in Mumbai.  It’s a bad news for his fans who love to see his dance style and unique semi-curly hair. As soon the death of his news came out, the internet flooded with the messages of condolences.  Shashi Kapoor was not only a fantastic actor but also a gentleman. But, in this matter, a new incident happened as politician Shashi Tharoor’s office has been getting condolence messages. This is confirmed by this MP from Thiruvananthapuram.

    The reason behind this confusion is name goof-ups. As the name of film late actor Shashi Kapoor is similar to politician Shashi Tharoor that’s why the whole farrago happened.  This matter spurted due to mistake of one of the reputed news channel which interchanged the two names.  Although the confusion became clear when Shashi Tharoor expressed the grief over the demise of the actor but it’s really shocking to such a big news channel commit such a mistake.

    As the matter brought to Tharoor’s attention, he posted his witty tweet.  The news channel also apologised to Tharoor and deleted the tweet. Shashi Tharoor thanked the news channel and said mistakes happen. But the people didn’t stop from trolling the news channel for Shashi Tharoor’s death news.

    Shashi Kapoor was the youngest and third son of Prithviraj Kapoor. In year 1961, Shashi Kapoor made his Bollywood debut with film Dharmputra. He was born 18 March 1938 as on Balbir Raj Kapoor. He was married to Jennifer Kendal and couple has three children Karan Kapoor, Sanjana Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor. He had acted in more than 100 films. He was honoured with Padma Bhusan in 2011.In year 2015, Shashi Kapoor was awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
