
4,500 youths attended RSLDC’s 1-day skill training camp organized by Rajasthan Government at Jaipur.
Youths create a new base for nation’s growth by replacing the previous generations in cultural, social, political and economical aspects. Filled with tremendous energy and soaring ambitions, they’ve the potential to bring about a revolution in existing ideas, morals and social values. If they aren’t trained to play their role efficiently, it will result in wastage of time, resources, talents and opportunities. In short, “The vision of a country lies in the hands of the youth“. In accordance with this thought, Rajasthan government organized a 1-day skill based camp to train state youth population in technicalities of planning, employment and entrepreneurship. The idea is to empower youth with knowledge and practical preparation so as to prepare them for future challenges in life.
Public and Private Partners Supported the Mass Drive for Skill-Based Training and Employment
This one day camp was arranged at Agarwal P.G. College near Sanganeri Gate. Around 4,500 youngsters all over the state zealously participated in the camps to acquire information on government schemes. 43 Biggies from private and public sectors joined hands to make this event a success. In addition to these, private corporations from leading industries like insurance, banking, healthcare, education, finance, hotel, automobile, IT, cell phone, fashion, design, KPO, BPO and security collaborated with the government in this venture.

Aegis job private ltd, Tejas Dynamic, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation, Poddar Skills, Prime Vision Auto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. , Symbiosis Pvt. Ltd. CADD centre training services, Autodex, JUMO India and Patron Detective and Security services offered on-the-spot placement to candidates participating in this mass-skill training drive. As per statistics, 2395 candidates were chosen for employment (979 candidates), self-employment (270 candidates) and training (1146 candidates).
Political leaders and eminent government officers attending the event inspired the youth to help government build a progressive and economically sound state. On this occassion, Rajasthan BJP President Ashok Parnami reflected on PM Modi and CM Vasundhara Raje’s vision. According to Parnami, Raje-led BJP government always intended to make Rajasthan world-leader in skill development and employment. To make this dream a reality, Rajasthan government has organized this camp to create awareness among young citizens.
With this, the government intends to make youth independent, educated and technically adept. The aim is to create a globally renowned, skilled workforce for future.
