In science, 2.34 lakh students sat for the exam while commerce had nearly 48,113 student candidates this year.

The early announcement of Commerce results is propelled to ensure students can apply for national level medical and engineering courses in a timely fashion, unlike earlier when students had to eagerly wait for results to fill admission forms for their dream colleges.

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) exams began on 2 March and ended on 25 March.

The Rajasthan board had made special provisions for candidates belonging to the Physically Handicapped category. Candidates with Albino, Myopia, Cerebral Palsy or Polio and those who are deaf and/or dumb were granted extra time to attempt the question paper. An extra time of one hour was given to these students.

The students were required to produce requisite documents which are evidence of person’s disability. The documents shall prove that the person is 40% disabled.

Last year, the Science and Commerce (Class 12) results were declared on May 16. The results of the Arts stream were declared on May 28.

Students have performed exceedingly well at the RBSE exams. A pass percentage of 92.5 % was obtained by students. Students of Rajasthan had toiled hard to achieve soaring scores in their examinations, which will shape their future. May all these students scale new heights of success and make Rajasthan proud as they have done now.
