In fact, investors also like to invest their capital in the desert state. Recently, chief minister Vasundhara Raje took a meeting of State Cabinet and approved various investment proposals worth more than Rs 6,000 crore. Know more in detail.
In this meeting, 13 proposals for investments worth Rs 6000 crore were approved. Apart from this, various important decisions were also taken. It is expected that these investments would provide employment to about 15,000 people.
Government also rolled out several rebates and subsidies on investments as per the state government policies. For the state government’s crop loan waiver scheme, the Cabinet also approved to take loan worth Rs. 5000 crore from the National Cooperative Development Corporation. Rajasthan Government Employment
Talking with the media persons, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Shri Rajendra Rathore shared other decisions on allotment of lands under various housing schemes and proposals for amendment in service rules and conditions for different state government entities.
He also told that the investments would be coming up in various sectors including guar gum powder, gypsum based industries, textiles and yarn. The investment proposals which were approved in the meeting would now be implemented in the form of industrial and business units across various districts of Rajasthan.
Major projects Rajasthan Government Employment
The major projects are yarn spinning project by Shree Vallabh Pitti Group with an investment of Rs. 2000 crore at Eklera in Jhalawar, a cement plant by Wonder Cement to invest Rs. 800 crore at Nimbahera in Chittorgarh and a cement manufacturing units by Bangur Cement with investment worth Rs. 1013 crore at Jaitaran in Pali and Udasar in Sri Ganganagar districts.
Along with this, Siyaram services limited has proposed to start a BPO in Sitapura Industrial area with an investment of Rs 140 crore.
In these series of investment proposals, cabinet approved the proposal of setting up an auto-parts manufacturing unit at Karoli (Alwar) and PVC pipe manufacturing unit.
