Rajasthan Assembly Polls 2018 are round the corner. It is hardly two months left for the elections in the state. For this, BJP National Chief Amit Shah has appointed Union Minister Prakash Javadekar as BJP’s election in-charge for Rajasthan. In Rajasthan, BJP has direct competition with Congress.

These elections are very crucial for BJP as it will decide the party’s future in upcoming Lok Sabha elections due in 2019 too. Rajasthan holds 25 seats in Lok Sabha. Hence, this state is important for party at Centre too. For winning in the state, along with Rajasthan CM, BJP’s top leaders are seen fighting for the state. Know more.

BJP’s efforts for Assembly Polls

Rajasthan state is ready for the polls by the end of year 2018. Since 2017, Rajasthan BJP unit is working hard to win the state elections in 2018. Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje actively making all-out efforts to benefit the people of the state.

She launched various schemes and projects.  Recently, she carried out   Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra to identify how far the schemes of BJP government helped the people of the state.

In fact, Amit Shah visited the state many times, devised the election strategies and provided mantras and guidance to be victorious in the state. Shah guided the party to work on strengthening the party at booth-level. He also came to Rajasthan to address the people of the state and talked about the various achievements of BJP.

He also threw light on various achievements of BJP. In fact, PM Modi also travelled to state many time since beginning of year 2018 and supported Rajasthan’s BJP.  PM is now scheduled to come on 6th October on the conclusion of Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra. He will also address people at Ajmer.

Election Managers in other states

Apart from Rajasthan, Assembly elections will be held in the states of Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh too. For Telangana, Health Minister J.P. Naddaa and for Madhya Pradesh, Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan is appointed as party’s election in-charge. These appointments are also made by Shah.

Prakash Javadekar

Prakash Javadekar is as BJP’s election in-charge for Rajasthan. He is the incumbent Union Minister of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. He was election campaign incharge of Karnataka in the Assembly polls just a few months ago. Now, he is given charge of Rajasthan.
