Your emotions for the martyrs and martyrs’ families will be able to turn into something productive now. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar who is also a National Award winner actor is working on a website cum app in association with the central government.
Titled as “Bharat ke Veer Jawan”, it will be officially made available by the Union home minister Rajnath Singh on April 9th at Vigyan Bhawan. This is an ambitious attempt to make bring together the volunteers and family of those who lose lives for country’s safety.
Others are associated with this holy attempt are Kiren Rijiju, the union minister of the state, Rajiv Maharishi, the union home secretary, K K Sharma, the BSF DG and Amit Lodha, the BSD DIG.
On this website, with the consent of these families, they will provide the bank details of the martyr families. Kumar took this inspiration from his friend Amit Lodha who is a BSf DIG. Any ambitious person can make the deposit in the martyr family’s bank accounts. After the account reaches to the line of Rs. 15 lakh, it will be removed from the website.
We all know that Akshay Kumar is a great helper of martyr families and security forces and have a sensitive side for them. He does in every possible way and this website is one example of that. Often, we see him meeting them and giving them a helping hand. In the very recent accounts, he made available the help of Rs. 1.08 crore to 12 CRPF jawans who succumbed to death in Sukma Naxal attack.
Also, we can’t overlook that, he has given Rs. 9 lakh to each of the Army and BSF martyr’s families.
On April 9th, the website will be launched and Lodha said that Akshay Kumar spoke to him about expediting this project of helping jawans families.
