Yogi-Adityanath

UP elections are sorted but the CM selection is not. The delay in the cause is due to hassles amidst the top leaders of BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh? Main sources say that, the power holding officials like Amit Shah are in constant negotiation with RSS leaders.

Where at one place, PM Modi and Amit Shah wants Manoj Sinha to be the next chief minister, RSS wish some other leader who has more connection with the grounds. Mainly, there are four names under discussion Keshav Maurya, Yogi Adityanath, Rajnath Singh and Manoj Sinha.

Earlier, Mr. Maurya with other two were chucked out, but after RSS stepped in, everything seemed to mingle up again.

RSS has firm hold on its favour of keeping Rajnath Singh as a candidate. For his good, Mr. Singh is quite close to the RSS.

BJP tops are skeptical over making him chief minister as, UP is the politically strong land in the country and may emerge as a different power centre in the country.

Between the BJP and RSS are on the constant hectic discussion regarding this. All the candidates are in strive to win this race. On one hand, where Manoj Sinha offered his prayers at temples in UP, Keshav Maurya set a meeting with Amit Shah and PM Modi.

Mr. Sinha has played quite intelligent and said, “The BJP legislature party and the parliamentary board decides the Chief Minister. I’m not in the race.”

This was after Yogi Adityanath also moved to Delhi to meet the two power-holding leaders and convince them for his better.

A right decision made for UP CM can decide, Modi’s bid in the 2019 elections. Their bottom line of selection is to choose someone who can dynamically fit into the wants of all social groups. This way, they wish to continue sharing the bond with UP population which they created with this win. A strong headed candidate is needed to deal with their infamous problems. PM Modi also has many different development plans for UP which is one of the most crowded and jam-packed.
