Raje Government’s Fight Against Hunger – Annapurna Rasoi Yojna Launched in 12 Rajasthan Districts Today

    Today, on Thursday, CM Vasundhara Raje inaugurated Annapurna Rasoi Yojna, in which healthy food will be provided just for Rs. 5 (breakfast) and Rs. 8 (lunch, dinner).

    The event was organised at Nagar Nigam office and CM Raje inaugurated and initiated the 5 mobile vans there. CM Raje served herself tasted the food and approved it for serving in the public. Just like this, the programme has started in 12 cities of the state. During the first phase of it, in 12 cities, nutritious food will be provided at minimal rates. CM Raje also said that, the scheme will be continued in whole state in future.

    v-raje-at-annapurna-rasoi-yojanaAs per the reports, on the occasion of completion of 3 years of tenure of BJP Rajasthan, CM Raje announced “Annapurna Rasoi Yojna” scheme in Bikaner. She explained it like a source of reasonable and nutritious food for poor.

    In the inauguration ceremony, CM Raje assured that, the food vans will cover 12 districts in complete Rajasthan. In those 12 districts, 80 food vans will be initiated. The scheme seems like a dream come true for Rajasthan state. Also, it will greatly benefit the remote areas in the state. CM Raje has taken special care of catering agency and instructed them to provide hygienic and clean food.

    Other Districts Will Be Covered Soon

    While savouring the tasty food of Annapurna Van, CM Raje praised the menu of the Annapurna kitchen, saying, “Rasoi Menu is really good”. With this, she instructed to keep as much cleanliness as possible. She assured of starting the yojna in all the districts. At the event, people like Surendra Pareek, MLA Mohanlal Gupta, Ashok Parnami, Minister Shree Chand Kriplani and Rajpal Singh Shekhawat were also present and tasted food from Annapurna van.

    The scheme is a trendsetter and first of its kind in Rajasthan. Annapurna Rasoi Yojna is a fight started against hunger by BJP Rajasthan. We look forward for more visionary schemes like this in future.
