After a landslide victory in India’s largest state, the indomitable and the visionary Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi has risen to an unprecedented position in the Indian history.
Holi started quite early for the BJP when the UP results were announced on March 11. There were ecstatic bunches of activists which started celebrating a Saffron Holi outside the BJP headquarters in Delhi and Lucknow, capital city of Uttar Pradesh post election results.
This glorious Modi win is an indication of unabated faith and confidence in Modi’s policies and governance. It is a win of progress and development over anything else. The tsunami effect of this thumping mandate hint an even stronger mandate in the 2019 elections.
Formidable strategy adoption
The coalition put together by BJP President Amit Shah, who crafted and conducted the election strategy in UP, was instrumental for the party’s return to power after 15 years in the state of over 200 million people. Shah exclaimed, “The historic mandate given to the BJP will give a new direction to Indian politics. It will end the politics of caste, dynasty and appeasement.”
In Uttar Pradesh, BJP sealed an impressive majority of 325 seats (including alliance partners) in a 403-seat assembly.
Modi super wave comes into effect
Modi-nation will now have a dominated upper house, thereby strengthening it’s legislation implementation and mitigate other opposition-created areas of concern as well. After win, Modi said, “It demonstrates a faith in democracy and the electoral process and, in this, I can see the foundation of a new India.”
Congress losing ground by the day
Major opposition of BJP, Congress seems to have apparently shrinked it’s presence politically. Nonetheless, the partymen are active on social portals – memes on Rahul Gandhi are seeing an unending upward trend on social media and other platforms. While the coalition strategy of Congress and Sapa witnesses a downhill, there is one state, Punjab, which is one out of five in which the Congress is forming it’s government. “We are facing an existential problem,” senior Congress leader Mani Shankar Aiyar spelled out.
There are a multitude of factors which have stimulated this unabated Saffron frenzy in the country. The masses cannot be fooled, it only trusts people who understand their pulse. Indubiously, BJP has proved as the most dedicated party towards the development drive and growth progression in the while country.
