The state government has made a new provision for transgender community welfare. Raje government will give 2% reservation to transgender in government housing schemes. Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje took this stride in a bid to provide them own housing facility as most of them live in rented accommodation. The agreement will now be circulated to all the divisional offices. Transgender in all over state will get the benefits of 2% reservation in housing schemes after that. The community is on the cloud nine after getting this news on Friday. Pushpa Maai, Mahamandaleshwar of the Rajasthan Kinnar Akhada, said that now transgender will be benefitted to have their own house after the decision taken by Vasundhara Raje government.

Raje Government’s Food Security Scheme for Transgender Housing Schemes Transgender
This is not the first time that CM Raje cared about the socially discarded community. Raje government already has an active food security scheme for transgender and they are receiving benefits as solo female candidate. Now they are going to get their own housing facility. CM Vasundhara Raje firmly believes in equality and she has been working for woman and third gender since her tenure as the earlier government had neglected the third gender like they don’t even exist.
