To support all poor sections of Rajasthan, Rajasthan government has made few announcements during state budget 2018-19. Keeping the welfare of farmers and poor in mind, Vasundhara Raje government announced financial schemes. Under the scheme, the govt. provides loans of up to Rs. 50,000 at 4 percent interest to EBC candidates. With an aim to make weaker sections of society self-employed, this scheme was launched. Know more in detail. EBC Swarojgar Yojana
CM Vasundhara Raje had launched the scheme on 12th February 2018. The scheme is officially launched on the day of state budget. This scheme can be availed by economically weaker classes of the society. The loan amount of ₹ 50000 is available to each family.

To keep the loan amount affordable to the people, government grants the loan at 4% interest rate. This interest rate is lesser than normal market rate for loans. To get this loan, people can also apply online. EBC Swarojgar Yojana

Other schemes announced by Rajasthan government
Apart from the above scheme, the state govt. has announced various other welfare schemes for the benefits of OBC / SC / ST candidates. Under Bhairon Singh Shekhawat Antyodaya Swarojgar Yojana, loan up to ₹ 50000 is announced for 50,000 OBC / SC / ST candidates at 4% interest rate. In fact, govt. has reduced the interest rate on Home Registry from 2% to 1%. EBC Swarojgar Yojana
