Congress chief Sonia Gandhi had a prompt discussion with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee over their meeting in New Delhi. This has been suspected as Gandhi’s attempts to build unity among the opposition parties against the ruling party.
With this, they are looking for a joint opposition presidential candidate. Following this conspiracy, Gandhi called up Banerjee to set up a meeting for coming Monday. A new CPM-Congress alliance has been suspected with this which were affected by the 2016 assembly polls.
NDA and West Bengal’s Trinamool Congress government are going under much anxious feelings along with the Congress as they are ploting all possible stories against the BJP.
On the one hand, Banerjee tried to hold a meeting with the Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik and Gandhi is connecting the ties between CPM and Mamata. To make efforts to form a unity among the opposition, it was confirmed by the party members that Gandhi would meet Banerjee and also BSP leader Mayawati.
The story doesn’t end here as in this game of thrones, the throne holder get very small instanced to celebrate the victory. Here, Congress is in continuous efforts to conspire against the ruling party and as always they are focusing away from the developmental agenda.
On J&K situation, previous PM Manmohan Singh and JDU leader Sharad Yadav had a meeting over the matter.
Also, for the J&K conference, many political parties have already agreed upon. The conference will have the presence of activists, stakeholders, intellectuals and several political parties. Previous day, Farooq Abdullah, the National Conference leader also had discussion with D Raja, the CPI secretary for initiating the political conference in India.
The conference is the part of a detailed agreement where Yashwant Sinha’s civil society initiative will be in progress. The details of the conference are yet to be decided and confirmed.
