For a state that was infamous for cruelty, prejudice and inequality towards the feminine gender. Over the years, Rajasthan government has launched many ambitious schemes like Rajshree Yojana, Bhamashah yojana and Aashray Yojana, with the aim to empower women of different social classes, castes and age groups. Being a female herself, Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje left no stone unturned to make state a better place for girls—a fact that is evident from the improved child sex ratio in Rajasthan.
The massive success of women centric schemes has made women more aware of their rights.
