Prime Minister Narendra Modi has already charmed the public with his Chai Pe Charcha Campaign but now he has shifted the focus on students who are about to appear for their annual examinations. Considering the stress and pressure that students often go through, especially in their board exams, PM Modi announced the ‘Pariksha Par Charcha’ program where he is interacting with lakhs of students at Talkatora Stadium of New Delhi from 12 noon onwards.

While several students are scheduled to be present in the stadium, others are also connected to the program through video conferencing. PM Modi is going to talk about ways in which students can distress themselves during the exam season and is also going to share self-help tips to guide the students. Moreover, the students can also ask questions and present their queries.

Students from 6th to 12th Standards have been asked to catch the live telecast of ‘Pariskha Par Charcha’ on Doordarshan, YouTube, All India Radio, and other government websites from 12    noon onwards. It will go on for 1 hour and is aimed especially for students appearing for their board exams. CBSE has already instructed schools to arrange for video conferencing so that maximum students get to be a part of the session.

The interactive session has been titled- ‘Making Exam Fun: Chat with PM Modi’. The objective is to help students treat examinations with fun and as PM Modi says students need to become “exam warriors” and not “worriers”.

Just 2 weeks ago, the book ‘Exam Warriors’ was launched which contains 25 mantras for tackling stress. This 193-page book is available in the market and also mentions Yogaasan for students. The book aims to convey the message that exams are not to be feared.

Last week, Prime Minister had requested students to share their thoughts on anxiety and examination pressure on Narendra Modi and MyGov app. Not only students, but teachers and parents also shared their experiences on the app.

This is not the first time that PM Modi is interacting with students. He is often seen talking to kids whenever he meets them. He often emphasizes that young boys and girls should be athletic and active. Such a session is not only helpful but also encouraging for them as the PM himself is taking out time to interact with them and share his valuable life lessons with the students.
