Today, PM Modi and CM Raje are bringing the beneficiaries to the fore, meeting and checking on the status of the benefits showered on them. Not surprisingly, the Rajasthan government has spent over Rs 7 crore to bring around 2.5 lakh beneficiaries to the meeting and arranged 5,579 buses to bring people to the Amrudon Ka Bagh stadium. PM Modi in Jaipur
PM Modi’s visit to Jaipur will encompass laying the foundation of 13 urban infrastructure projects and an address session to the huge gathering of beneficiaries of government schemes, run by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) governments at the Centre and in the state.

- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana PM Modi in Jaipur
One of the most prominent schemes – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched with the aim to provide housing at an affordable price to the weaker sections of the society, lower income group people, urban poor and rural poor. This scheme promises to provide homes to all Indians affordable prices by March 31, 2022. It includes two components:
- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana –Urban (PMAY-U)
- Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin (PMAY-G)
Under the Gramin Yojana, 11.95 lakh houses have been constructed under the scheme and this is surely a reason to celebrate!

- Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) PM Modi in Jaipur
PMUY aims to safeguard the health of women & children by providing them with a clean cooking fuel – LPG so there is a happy stomach and not a compromised mind. As many as 32.50 lakh connections have been provided to the people, who now wouldn’t have to compromise their health in smoky kitchens or wander in unsafe areas collecting firewood.
- Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana PM Modi in Jaipur
Micro Units Development & Refinance Agency Ltd. (MUDRA) is a new institution set up by Government of India (GoI) to provide funding to the non-corporate, non-farm sector income generating activities of micro and small enterprises whose credit needs are below ₹10 Lakh. The BJP government has allocated a sum of Rs 29,454 crores across a beneficiary count of 44.48 lakhs. This, in true terms, is Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas, isn’t it?
- Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram
The grief and pain parents have to bear when their child is unwell, the government understands really well.
This scheme entails early identification and early intervention of 4 Ds for children from birth to 18 years. This is a scheme which essentially covers 4 ‘D’s viz. Defects at birth, Deficiencies, Diseases, Development delays including disability. Camps and treatment centers were organized and conducted to provide check-up sessions and a solution to health problems to 6.73 lakh people. Not only this, the government also funded different surgeries for 6266 children, in addition to heart surgery for 1406 little ones.

This was a brief and only a statistical outline of the Central Government run schemes, but given the humungous benefits of the state-run schemes, it is inevitable to make a mention of some of them here.
- Bhamashah Swastha Beema Yojana PM Modi in Jaipur
Starting from the scheme which is synonymous to “Benison”, Bhamashah Swastha Beema Yojana (BSBY) is laudable for reasons more than one. A unique and unprecedented insurance scheme, BSBY is a scheme aimed at offering IPD patients with access to the cashless facility. A total of 1280 hospitals, including 506 government and 774 private hospitals have been tagged under the scheme. Moreover, a whopping sum of Rs 1500 crores has been provided for insurance claims of 22 lakh people.
- Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana PM Modi in Jaipur
Female is the future! This scheme is a key to negligible/absence of girl foeticide in the state. Provided money in two installments as part of the benefit distribution made under the scheme, the Rajasthan government has spent a sum of Rs 252 crores in the first phase, and 103 crores in the second phase, running a total spend of 355 crores for empowering 10 lakh women and their proud families.
- Mukhyamantri Jal Swavlamban Yojana (MJSA)
Known as an ambitious and innovative scheme which has inspired many similar developments across the World, MJSA isn’t an unknown term for anyone living in the desert state of Rajasthan. The scheme which has effectively contributed towards combating the arid nature, custom droughts and other pain points in water availability, MJSA is undoubtedly the star scheme of Rajasthan government.

- Bhamashah Nirman Shramik Kalyan Yojana
This scheme has garnered the blessings of laborers of Rajasthan, and probably that is why the scheme is thriving and flourishing like a breeze. Formulated for benefitting and upscaling the livelihood standards of tireless labourers and their families, this is a comprehensive scheme for the labourers.
Boasting of more than 16.26 lakh registrations, the scheme, for which an enormous Rs 1000 crores has been spent by the government, made over 3.6 lakh people as recipients of multiple benefits.
- Deen Dayal Upadhyay Varisht Nagrik Yojana
The belief of CM Raje in the power of God is not news. Considering that, this government’s scheme to make pilgrimages possible and its massive benefits are palpable. The dearth of funds shouldn’t deter any pilgrimages from visiting any religious destination is the idea with which this scheme is making dreams possible. Over 40321 pilgrims were ferried to their pilgrim destination – 35143 people via railways and 5178 via airways.
- Ajivika and Kaushal Vikas Yojana (livelihood and skill development)
Training has been imparted to 2,60,000 individuals, making this scheme a scheme of the masses, just like all other schemes of the Rajasthan Government. More than 15 lakh youths were provided with employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, out of which 1.80 lakh were government jobs.
- Palanhar Yojana
“Genuine Faith shelters the orphan.”
In this case, the faith is denoted by this worthwhile and highly-benefitting scheme. The increase of beneficiary count to 2.35 lakh is itself indicative of the full-fledged spread of Palanhar Yojana which aids orphans in living their lives, they deserve, complete with food, education, shelter, etc.
- Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana (Rajasthan Free Scooty Vitran Yojana)
For the intelligent girl students, this scheme does 3E’s – encourages, empowers and equips with a purpose to brighten the future of talented girls and females. Over 3706 scooties have been distributed to brilliant female students under the Medhavi Chatra Scooty Yojana, while 4995 scooties were distributed under the Devnarayan Scooty Vitran Yojana.
6404 scooties were distributed amongst the students of tribal society and 302 to the students of backward classes of society. In totality, as many as 15,407 students were showered with fully functional and branded scooties to facilitate seamless commute for all female students, who deserve to go places and move mountains!
In light of this monumental transfer of benefits at the grass-roots level of the state, PM Modi lauded the constructive and impeccable governance of CM Raje towards the development of Rajasthan.

With the presence massive number of beneficiaries at the event, millions of smiles and happy hearts dancing their way, it was the innovative and fruitful BJP-run schemes which stood out and became the cynosure of all eyes and ears.
