Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s flagship scheme- ‘Bhamashah’ has emerged as giant success in the state with more than 6 Crores beneficiaries. The government has decided to do extensive work by providing Mobile Phones to Bhamashah Card holders in just Rs. 501. One Bhamashah beneficiary family can get two mobile phones on the subsidized price. The deposit money will be refunded if the beneficiary returns the phone within 3 years.
The government recognized some Bhamashah Card holder, who live in remote villages and do not have access to mobile phone and do not get alerts about special welfare schemes. Rajasthan government is planning to collaborate with Reliance Jio mobile service for the scheme. Department of IT & Communication order the state collectors to work towards this vision of CM Raje.
Distribution to be done by the end of September
Rajasthan DoIT & Communication is planning to hold camps in district blocks to distribute phones for just Rs. 501. The government of Rajasthan to implement the plan by the end of this month, so that the beneficiaries get alerts ASAP.
Bhamashah Scheme has benefited more than 6 Crore people in the state but many of them are the residents of remote areas and some of them cannot afford a mobile phone. Raje Government’s initiative will definitely bring a wide smile on these faces.

Reliance Jio is selling this handset in 1100/- with 6 months recharge. On the other hand, the people of Rajasthan will get this phone in 501/- with recharge worth Rs. 99. More attractive plans as follows-
- In monthly recharge worth Rs. 99, the beneficiary will get unlimited calling, 1 GB internet data and 600 SMS for first 3 months. 512 GB data and 300 SMS for the second quarter.
- The beneficiary will get a welcome bonus worth Rs. 216 in four recharge coupon of 54/-. In which user will get 153/- in Rs. 99 recharge.
