International Yoga Day 2017: PM Modi & CM Raje surprise us with their perfect yoga moves and unbelievable flexibility

    Today is the International Yoga Day and we couldn’t have expected anything more. Witnessing the Honourable Prime Minister and other various prominent Chief Ministers practising Yoga amidst thronged participants, it was a delightful experience.

    Yoga is a magical healing power exercise which infuses positivity and happiness in the lives of those who practise it. Yoga helps in streamlining the mind, heart and the body of any individual and helps him unleash his true potential. Perhaps this is the reason why even the busiest of persons practise yoga and inculcate it in daily life.

    The Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi was a treat to watch today while doing Yoga with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath and Governor, Ram Naik gave us major yoga goals.

    A state level event was held to celebrate the International Yoga Day 2017 at the Ramabai Ambedkar Maidan in Lucknow. The dignitaries also addressed the gathering while encouraging one and all to practise yoga on a daily basis.

    Meanwhile, other states also held the yoga event eliciting zillions of commoners who flocked to the venue early morning to practise yoga asanas. Rajasthan held an uber successful yoga event today at the SMS Stadium in Jaipur.

    CM Raje along with her cabinet ministers, colleagues and senior officials of the state, took part in the yoga event. After the event, she also apprised the audiences with numerous benefits of yoga and how it is important for leading a healthy lifestyle.

    Not only this, special arrangements for prisoners at the Jaipur central jail were also made. The prisoners performed a galaxy of yoga asanas in the jail.

    Besides, states like Maharashtra, Delhi, Vishakhapatnam, Uttarakhand, Kolkata, Gujarat, Guwahati, Jammu, etc also held successful events to celebrate the spirit of yoga.

    As a matter of fact, Yoga has proven to be a very effective means of reducing stress level. If you haven’t already been convinced about the benefits of yoga and started practising it, it is about time you inculcate yoga in your daily lifestyle. It will sure render super positive results. Yoga is powerful. It is magic!
