Congress falls flat

Congress is scared and is currently trembling with the fear of their inevitable failure at the upcoming legislative elections – the party’s situation is undeniably worse in the Desert state of Rajasthan. Congress falls flat

And as they say, “Fear creates a brain fog and blocks good decisions.” (probably the primitive party hasn’t taken note of this quote.) — The Congress workers and the party leaders resorted to the practice of trying their luck and thereby wasting the time of legislation. Well, I am not surprised. Congress has always had a fetish for doing and promoting futile things. Congress falls flat

Recently, the party induced a former Rajasthan Administrative Services officer (RAS), Rajesh Verma, to file a petition for a long-lost case against their adversary BJP.

Because Congress can’t find any ground favourable to them, it is always on a hunt for unremembered issues and trying to hatch a conspiracy – which unfortunately falls flat – acting as an eyewash for them that their bad deeds can never manifest into good results.

The plea was filed in the Rajasthan High Court before Justice Nisha Gupta, who quashed the FIR, and rightly so. The plea is already in process with the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which said that it is at the verge of conclusion and will be giving its verdict in another 10 days.  Congress falls flat

The petition revolves around the 2004 case of diversion of funds and land conversion. In detail, the case is investigating an alleged transfer of funds from IPL commissioner Lalit Modi’s hotel company (AHHPL) to Dushyant Singh’s hotel (NHHPL).

Ajay Kumar Jain, counsel for the RAS officer, contended that the FIR was politically motivated. The FIR was moved by the complainants after a delay of four-and-half years and it is seen as an attempt to malign the named accused. This is what he said: “Taking note of our contentions the court has quashed the FIR and the proceedings drawn out of the FIR.” Congress falls flat
