    This talented young UPSC’s civil services examination 2015 topper again made to headlines as she won the prestigious President’s Gold Medal during her two-year training program. The training was being held at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie. This current success shows that securing first position has become her habit. IAS Tina Davi shared her excitement and happiness on Twitter.

    She made a tweet with along with the photo of Gold Medal. She wrote,

    It was not even easy for Tina Dabi to get the first rank in the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination. She is first Scheduled Caste woman to secure first position in UPSC.  She is from Delhi. Her father Jaswant Dabi is General Manager of BSNL while mother Himani Dabi is a homemaker. Her both parents had cracked UPSC’ IES examination. Although Tina wanted Haryana cadre as her intention was to work for the women empowerment but she got Rajasthan.

    She got married this year only with her batch-mate Amir Athar Amirul Shafi Khan, who secured the second rank in the prestigious UPSC civil services examination 2015. Amir is a Kashmiri Muslim and hails from Anantnag, J&K. They came closer during training in Mussoorie.

    LBSNAA stands for the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA). It is a research and training institute on public policy and public administration in India. Situated in Mussorie, LBSNAA trains civil service officers of Indian Administrative Service, Indian Police Service, Indian Forest Service and also Group-A Central Services.
