Police response times better than Abhay command

The ‘Abhay’ command and control center established at the Jaipur Police Headquarters has proved to be effective in checking crime-rate.

During his presentation, Jaipur Police Commissioner Mr. Sanjay Aggarwal said that 500 Hi-Tech cameras have been installed in the city. He said that all the 861 police locations in the state have been made online. The police reaches the spot in a few minutes to downsize crime rate and check harm to anybody.

With the help of FIRs, Abhay Command and Control Center, Case Officer Scheme and App, All Women Police Station and Women Help Line for e-mail, the police force has successfully reduced the crime rate for the third consecutive year.

Helping hand from policemen and soldiers

The Chief Minister appreciated the initiative of retired policemen and ex-servicemen coming on Board in Barmer. She also said that other border districts should also adopt this model.

Notably, 1500 former policemen and ex-servicemen have been added in Barmer’s police-friend board which has helped track down bogus actions.

Shrinking road accidents and death numbers

Road accidents have been successfully controlled and curtailed by the help of police. Not only this, the death rate has also shrunk over time due to tremendous efforts of the public.

The public should be made aware about these developments so that they lend their hand towards curtailing mishappenings in the state.
