Dhoplur elections have turned into a massive tussle as both BJP and Congress are in racing with equal velocity. No party is ready to compromise on the grounds of victory.
CM Vasundhara Raje is detecting the progress with aggressive campaigns in Dholpur. On last Friday, CM Raje summoned the meeting from various communities and urged them to cast votes for Shobharani, the BJP candidates.
BJP workers meeting was also summoned to discuss the strategy on the crucial Dholpur elections. A local leaders, “Raje is keeping in touch with almost all local leaders. Winning this election has become very important for her as it will be a reflection of three years’ tenure”.
Many senior leaders are including in the campaign to make the elections a great win. They have taken this election on their prestige and thus Yunus Khan, who is member of Parliament, Manoj Rajoria are leading the campaign. Apart from this, the senior leaders will address the rallies in upcoming days.
Congress is also not behind in this war of blood and bone. Sachin Pilot, who is PCC chief is wandering around dozens of villages each day. In fact, the theater groups are also giving their best to appeal for Congress. The party has relied upon Banwari Lal, who is a former minister.
Congress is also raking help from its old rule of putting hollow allegations on rivals saying that all BJP is using all tactics to win the polls. Pilot said,“Government has dispatched those ministers in villages who have not even seen Dholpur ever in their life”.
While BJP has a stronghold on this area, Congress even lacked behind while choosing the candidates. In the end, they had to rely on Banwari’s long held skills of fighting the elections and losing it. Certainly, they needed a strong-headed candidate who can deal with the jolts of defeat.
